Strength training is what I do best. I believe that prioritising strength training with an emphasis on getting stronger will do more to improve your body composition than non-stop classes and endless amount of cardio ever will.
My emphasis is on good form and increasing the numbers on the bar. Yes it takes dedication and lifestyle changes but I don’t believe there is a one size fits all approach to reaching your goals. I am here to help you figure out what works best for you. Fitness should work for you not the other way around.
I’m not your typical coach where I have always been into fitness, always had the motivation to train, always found it easy to keep lean. It’s been quite the contrary. I have tried every diet under the sun. Juice cleanse, no cabrs, low fat, sugar free all ending in misery and weight regain. I want to help others get the body they want whilst still maintaining a high quality of life. I don’t believe you have to be on a “diet” for the whole of your life to have your best body. There is so much to learn and that’s where I can help!
